The phases considered involve the management of the finished product, starting from weaving to packaged tights. Among the various phases is the management of twisting, with interconnection to the processing plants for the collection of production data. Subsequent phases involve control of the warehouse, pointwise identifying the items in different states of production and processing, and control of the processes that lead to the formation of the final product (from sewing, to ironing to dyeing).
Integrated at each stage of production is quality control, guided according to customer-defined rules, via Apps on mobile devices.
The system integrates process information to the work order being processed, enabling data exchange with the ERP in use.
